Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationship between Lyvia Studio, operating the brand Heure d'été, and any person making a purchase via the website www.heuredetestudio.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTS.

2. Products

The products offered are posters printed on demand. The visuals are shown for illustrative purposes: slight colour variations may occur depending on media or screen settings.

3. Orders

Validating an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. Lyvia Studio reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a prior payment dispute.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated. Products are invoiced at the rates in force at the time of the order. Lyvia Studio may change its prices at any time.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is made via secure solutions: bank card, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

6. Delivery

Products are printed on demand and shipped via our logistics partner. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the period and the destination. A tracking link is sent when the order is shipped.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the personalised nature of production, returns are only accepted in the event of a defect or damage. The request must be made within 7 days to contact@heuredetestudio.com with photos of the product.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the website and products (texts, visuals, creations) are the exclusive property of Lyvia Studio. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Personal data protection

10. Applicable law

These GTS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
