Judgement, The World and The Fool: a set of 3 Rider-Waite tarot card wall art prints, 20x28 in (50x70 cm). Arcana XX · XXI · 0, hung in the order the deck loops through them: the end of the journey and its new beginning, since after The World the deck starts again with The Fool.

What do Judgement, The World and The Fool show?

On the left, Judgement (XX): an angel blowing a trumpet hung with a cross banner, above men, women and children rising from their coffins with open arms, before the sea and the mountains. In the center, The World (XXI): a dancing figure wrapped in a purple sash, a wand in each hand, at the center of a laurel wreath tied with red ribbons, and the four winged creatures in the corners. On the right, The Fool (0): a young traveler at the edge of a cliff, a white rose in his hand, his bundle over his shoulder, a small white dog at his feet, under a yellow sun.

The three cards share the same layout, centered on a cream background, with their number at the top and their name at the bottom.

What does Judgement tarot card mean?

Judgement is the card of awakening: an inner calling, reckoning, rebirth and the forgiveness that lets you begin again.

What does The World tarot card mean?

The World is the card of completion: a cycle fulfilled, success, wholeness and a journey come to its end.

What does The Fool tarot card mean?

The Fool is the card of beginnings: setting out, spontaneity and the leap into the unknown, with the trust of someone who has not yet lived.

Where does the Rider-Waite tarot come from?

Published in London in 1909 by Rider, it was drawn by the illustrator Pamela Colman Smith under the direction of Arthur Edward Waite. Its 22 major arcana set the look of the modern tarot.

Is it bad to put tarot cards on your wall?

No: these are 1909 illustrations, hung as art. Some people avoid displaying cards they find dark, others choose them for their meaning of passage and renewal. The set reads from left to right, in the order of the deck.

How much wall space does a 20x28 triptych need?

Three 20-inch-wide prints hung 2 to 3 inches apart span about 64 inches: the width of a queen headboard or a sideboard.

Are the prints framed?

No, frames are not included. The prints ship on thick, matte, eco-friendly paper.

A gift for tarot lovers

Beautiful images deserve beautiful paper

The paper is an uncoated matte 170 gsm. Its surface stays slightly fibrous, the ink sinks in, the light spreads across it. Colors keep their depth, as on the page of a book.

It is eco-friendly paper from sustainably managed forests, and printed as close to you as possible to shorten transport.

Hanging a piece is not the same as seeing it once. It stays there, you find it again in passing, and the day pauses for a second. It is a moment you give yourself, and offer to those who live with you.
